At The Jersey World, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to assist. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

Items sent for return must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging. Customized jerseys and products are ineligible for return or exchange.

For the return process, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be sent back and received us within 21 days of initial delivery.

To start a return, contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return. Our return mailing address and instructions will be provided once the return request is approved.

The customer is responsible for the return label, and any carrier may be used for the return shipping. Returns are the customer's responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure a successful return.

Exchanges

To begin the exchange you process, you must contact our support team via email. If eligible, our team will provide you with return instructions.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping label. If the product/item requested is not available, a store credit of equal value will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method upon approval of the return. If for any reason, you are unable to receive a refund to your original payment method, we will issue a store credit of equivalent value.
